GPS accuracy is typically within 5–15 metres. For indoor environments, we support Wi-Fi-based fallback positioning.

What if an employee's phone is off?

Without location data, the system flags the attendance for manual review. The employee can submit a manual request with reason.

Can we set different geofences for different teams?

Yes. Assign employees to specific zones. An employee can have multiple assigned zones (e.g., home base + client sites).

Is location tracked all day?

No. Location is only captured at zone entry and exit events. Continuous tracking is not used or stored.
