ShiftSphere started because we watched HR teams spend more time in spreadsheets than with their people. We believed there had to be a better way — and built it.
Our story
ShiftSphere was founded in 2024 in Punjab, India. We set out to build the kind of HRMS that we wished existed — one that didn't require a 3-month implementation, didn't need a consultant to configure, and actually worked the way people work.
Most HRMS platforms were either too expensive for growing companies, or too limited for companies that were serious about their workforce operations. We wanted to close that gap.
Today ShiftSphere covers everything from GPS attendance and biometric verification to payroll compliance, OKR tracking, and recruitment — all in one platform that teams can set up in a day, not a quarter.

Leave management, performance module, and mobile app launched. First paying customers onboarded.
Multi-tenant architecture rebuilt for scale. Geofence, face recognition, and biometric attendance added.
OKR tracking, recruitment ATS, and enterprise SSO launched. Platform reaches 151+ modules.
